In diesem wunderschönen Hotel vergisst man, dass man am überlaufenen und sehr touristischen Patong Beach ist. Internet Angebot konnte zuverlässiger funktionieren. Computer haben geleckt. |

Strandnähe Frühstücksservice und Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft, schmutzige hellblaue Plastiktischtücher!!!!!!!!! Kein 4 Stern Hotel-Preise für die Zimmer sehr Überteuert. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer haben wir gewechselt und aufgezahlt. War ca. 12 m klein, laute Klimaanlage.Mieser Ausblick, schlechter Geruch. Zimmer mit Poolzugang kostete ca. 200€ - sehr überteuert!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hotelmitarbeiter waren stets freundlich Es lag an kleinichkeiten die aber wichtig wären wenn man solch ein Hotel auswählt. Beispiel: unnötiges Staubsaugen am späten Abend nach 23Uhr....etc |

This must be the best value for money hotel in Phuket. It is very conveniently located in Patong itself, just a lazy 2 mins walk to the beach. And the free wireless internet is really a great plus point. |

beautiful, romantic, convenience... overall very nice hotel to stay... I stayed in elite pool access room which is the best of this hotel but the mattress or its protector was probably too old, it was'nt firm or flat either , I was so tired to find some even spot of that King size bed. and it was annoying in the morning that endless whistling sound from the road front of the lobby. |

Close to the beach and shopping. Staff very helpful. Free Mini Bar. Great breakfast. More of a local/boutique feel than the big resorts. Quiet and relaxing. In some areas including the pool and the bathroom in my room, it seemed like they were behind on maintenance, things looked a bit shabby. |
