Die Sicherheit und die Lage. Ganz hervorragend durchdachte Gestaltung des geschmackvollen Studios Preise der Minibar, ich würde Angebot nutzen, wenn es sich preislich im Mittelmass befände. Eine kleine Lagebeschreibung im Studio inklusive Empfehlungen (Restaurants, Underground and Skytrain) ist sicherlich nützlich, um entspannt nicht im Gepäck nachzusuchen |

Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Obwohl man mir versichert hatte der Pool wäre fertig, war das nicht der Fall. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch und im Zimmer fanden sich keine Informationen, zum Beispiel welche Nummer nach ausserhalb zu wählen istm, Preise der Minibar, oder wo sich der Safe befindet. |

ordering dinner up to the room, watchin tv in the room, relaxing by the pool, taking a bath there was no booklet in the room with information about the local area & things to do in the hotel, no price list about the spa or facilities was provided. |

Staff were excellent - very friendly, excellent english and went out of their way to accomodate. The accomodation was also of a high standard and was cleaned very well. The charge for using the internet was very high, as was the charge for a phone call that was made for me. Also there were a couple of local shop keepers and taxi drivers outside who harangued every time you walked past and tried to take me to places I did not want to go to! |
